Haile Gold Mine joined others worldwide to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8.
Employees Emily Stephens, Lee Chapman, and Emily Sudholt shared their stories in brief videos posted to our website. Links to the videos were shared with our local community middle and high schools and shown to students in grades 8 thru 12.
Executive General Manager David Londono said he’d witnessed the ladies’ leadership, knowledge, skills, and determination in Haile’s workforce.
“While we continue to prioritize diversity, Haile is committed to empowering women to reach even greater professional heights,” he said.
